My 21 day fix officially ended yesterday. Below are the dirty details and pics. I don’t see a huge difference in the pics and of course I didn’t lose as much as I had hoped. There are a few changes I plan to make for the next round. I hope to continue with the videos but will incorporate walking with it. I also need to figure out my eating challenges. I need to consume more food and of course a lot more veggies. Heck I need to learn how to cook. 😊 I will save that journey for another day.
I lost 12.4 pounds in 21 days. I started at 307 and ended at 294.6. If my calculations are correct I lost 9 inches overall.
