Dirty 30

Woah the Dirty 30 workout was no joke. Sideways planks? Who thought of that? Those are the devil too. Good gravy dirty 30 was indeed dirty. It kicked my butt and reminded me exactly how uncoordinated I am. I feel like I need them to be slow motion when showing the workout because apparently my brain can’t understand when I should put my arms out or not. Don’t even get me started on the squats. It sure does suck when you are doing it but boy do you feel like a champ when it’s done. Oh and I only had one negative thing to say to the tv during the workout. That’s progress I tell ya. 😉
